There are many features that are only available to our registered customers. If you register with us you can check your order status and order history, retain your cart information save your shipping/billing information, subscribe to our email lists, add items to your wish list and easily re-order items.
On the homepage www.shopbowhead.com new user registration is available in the “My Account’ section on the left side of the page. ;Click on the ‘not registered’ link to create an account. Now you can create your user profile, and add billing and shipping information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Impac (SmartPay), and any bank or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Purchasing by credit card is safe, as we encrypt your credit card through our secure server. We also accept check, EFT and wire transfer. For qualified customers we accept purchase orders with Net 30 payment terms. Contact our customer service department for details about this payment method.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for a refund within 30 days of invoice date. Returned products must be in new, unopened, and resaleable condition with valid RMA number. Authorized returns must be received within 15 days of RMA date. All returns subject to 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. We’re sorry but there are no returns on custom orders.
We only charge sales tax in the state of Washington. The destination-based state tax rate applies to non-exempt sales delivered within the state.
We ship most items via UPS Ground. We can use Second, Third and Next Day air services if you need your order quickly. Please call our customer service department for details. For large products or orders we ship via common carrier. We prepay and add shipping charges to your order.
Stocked products will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Drop shipped and backordered items depend on supplier availability and production schedules. Once we process your order, we will notify you with an expected ship date. Same day shipments and rush orders are available. Please call us for details.
Shipping charges depend on where the item is stocked, where you are located, shipping carrier and level of service. After you place your order our customer service department will research to find the best possible rate for your order. We will then contact you with total charges.
The easiest way to check your order status is to login to your www.shopbowhead.com account. You can view orders you've placed, and get shipping information. You can also email us through our contact form or call our customer service department at 800-909-3677 to check status of your order. Please reference your online order number when contacting our customer service department.
